The Chef's Pantry aim to deliver your goods if in stock within 72hrs of placing your order. Some items are seasonal and made to order, delivery times will be confirmed with the customer. The Chef's Pantry aim to deliver to any part of the UK Mainland using either Parcel force, Royal Mail or by special arrangement City Link  / DHL       

We do not deliver outside of the UK.         

The UK Mainland delivery charge is £7.95 (Max 10Kg)  for City Link / DHL delivery. Northern Ireland £15.00 for City Link delivery (Max 10kg)  this is associated with packaging, and handling.

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct, The Chef's Pantry cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.         

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the customer. The Chef's Pantry can not accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc, on day of delivery.         

The Chef's Pantry can not accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by Parcel force, Royal Mail, City Link or DHL due to adverse weather conditions or accident. Where damage has occurred due to such delay, a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.
